Carl Rickershauser Owner of Coastal Clock and Chime Co. was on hand as the bell was hoisted into place in St.Stephen's newly renovated steeple. The bell had spent the last month at his Cinnaminson, NJ shop waiting to be rehung after it was cleaned and readied for reinstallation. Reverend Robert Legnani was the first one to ring the 1855 Meenely bell after it was installed in the steeple and the new ropes were added.
