Coastal Clock and Chime was pleased to be part of the Historic Church Bell Restoration for the First Baptist Church of Colonial Williamsburg.
Working with the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation and the First Baptist Church, Carl Rickershauser owner of Coastal Clock and Chime lowered the bell from its perch high in the tower to its new location and mounted the historic bell on new cribbing to support the bell . He gave the bell a thorough going over and replaced worn or missing parts in order to get the historic bell ready to ring for the 240th anniversary of the church and the LET FREEDOM RING CHALLENGE for the month of February.
